Happy New Year everyone! I am very honored to speak for everyone here in wishing you the very very best in the year to come. Did you make any resolutions? I didn’t. I do however have a bunch of exciting news I’m about to share with you in point form.
The time is defiantly upon us now and I find myself spending more time in bed with book then searching the internet for a great new act/monster/artist/food processor to show you guys. What I’m trying to get at is that we’re going to be taking a little break for the rest of the holiday season through till new years. Now don’t fret, I know what your thinking and the answer is yes, you still will be getting that Snuggie for christmas. But just becuase you have a blanket with arms doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy all the things we do here at Bluegrassish! Take a look through our menu and maybe ready back a month or two, we have great articles from way back that probably where never even read. And a little treat from me to you personally. A winter time mix tape to which you will be able to load directly on to your mp3 player of choice and enjoy anytime! You can download it here. or by clicking on the picture at the top of this article. So once again, Happy Holidays from everyone at Bluegrassish, we’ll be seeing you in the new year..
When you find an album that spans every moment and perfectly backdrops your day to day, you’ve got something great. Here is a collection of albums we felt portrayed the very best of the year 2009.
We love cover songs here at Bluegrassish.com, so we’ve banded together to pick out a couple of songs each for you to enjoy. Also there is talk of a Bluegrassish Podcast being made. I personally am a avid podcast listener so this seems to be a good way to break into that media form. If you have an interest or suggestions for the podcast please do drop us a line.
You said it strangely attractive-could be my mom – sequin studded babes!
It’s shit weather out there, but I’m feeling it, feeling better than most. Here are some songs, hand picked by our staff, to help you get over the rain.
