This young Underwater Peoples artist has really captured my heart. Honest and poetic songs with the perfect amount of tape crackle and buzz. A lot of U.S.A references can be heard through out the album After The Grave Yard, maybe patriotism has blossomed in the underground scene or maybe it’s just irony. A somewhat punk-folk troubadour, Liam The Younger’s songs capture your attention with their simplicity and frankness, the perfect music for late late nights or early morning sunrises. First heard a couple of Liam’s tracks on the older Underwater Peoples Summer Sampler, then the masterpiece Please See on their Winter Sample which of course enticed  me to order both of Liam’s LP’s almost immediately.
