I remember the first book I ever read was this book where every single word started with the letter B ( Jesus, you can still buy it on amazon http://www.amazon.com/Book-Bright-Early-Books/dp/000171287X ) and I try to picture how my life would have turned out had this been my first book instead. I probably would have been too weird to have friends in school ( “Who the fuck is that kid that keeps putting cats in boxes then starts giggling like a schoolgirl?” ), but I wouldn’t care in the end because I’d grow up to be a spaceship pilot/experimental physicist and even the Mythbusters would lay awake at night praying to their gods for a life as awesome as mine.
